Caesium is a free and open source image compression development project. The source code is hosted on Github based on the GPL-3.0 open source protocol. This project provides free online use of Caesium and free download of Caesium Image Compressor software, which we can use freely. In addition to being used as an image processing tool, Caesium also supports development calls.
